So there I was over 300 pounds but going from 4 to 5 hours of training per day to basically nothing… And all of a sudden I found myself fat and grossly out of shape.

And while the training that I had done up to that point in my life for the last 12 or 13 years worked well for bulking up and helping me get to that 300+ pound mark – but it wasn’t great for just all-around fitness.

So I made a decision – after actually seeing a picture of myself one day and just being disgusted – I needed to get down to a healthy weight.
